E, a distance of 60.30 feet to a point at the intersection of the north line of Spencer Highway and the east line of 16th Street for the southwest comer of the above mentioned Beylotte Tract and the southwest comer and POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described parcel and being 7.50 feet north of the original southwest comer of the above mentioned Lot 11; THENCE North, along the east line of said 16th Street and the west line of said Lot 11, a distance of 20.00 feet to a 3/8 inch iron rod set for the westerly cutback comer and the north comer of the herein describ~ parcel; ..- THENCE S 45 deg. 00 min. 00 sec.
