SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 35, HARRIS COUNTY, TEXAS: ' COMMENCING at a 5/8 .inch iron rod found in the north line of Spencer Highway (width varies) and the south line of a certain tract described in deed dated April 24, 1967 to McKey Construction and Equipment Rentals, Inc., recorded under Harris County Clerk's File No. C651939 for a point of curvature of a curve to the right; THENCE East, along the north line of Spencer Highway and the south line of said McKey Tract, a distance of 21.95 feet to a point in the west line of 16th Street (60 feet wide per Volume 58, Page 462, Harris County Deed Records) and the east line of Lot 20 of Block 716 for the southeast comer of said McKey Tract and being 13.50 feet north of the original southeast comer of said Lot 20; THENCE S 84 deg. 17 min. 19 sec. E, a distance of 60.30 feet to a point at the intersection of the north line of Spencer Highway and the east line of 16th Street for the southwest comer of the above mentioned Beylotte Tract and being 7.50 feet north of the original southwest comer of the above mentioned Lot 11; THENCE North, along the east line of said 16th Street and the west line of said Lot 11, a distance of 20.00 feet to a 3/8 inch iron rod set for the northwest comer and POINT OF BEGINNING of the herein described parcel; THENCE East, along a line parallel with and 20.00 feet north of the north line of Spencer Highway, a distance of 30.00 feet to the northeast comer of the herein described parcel; THENCE South, along a line parallel with and 30.00 feet east of the east line of 16th Street, a distance of 20.00 feet to a point in the north line of Spencer Highway and the south line of the above mentioned Beylotte Tract for the southeast comer of the herein described parcel; THENCE West, along the north line of Spencer Highway and the south line of said Beylotte Tract, a distance of 10.00 feet to a 3/8 inch iron rod set for the southwest comer of the herein described parcel; Page 1 of 2
