The agreement by Seadrift to lower its pipelines at <br />this point, as requested, should be enclosed in this right-of-way <br />grant, and this will necessitate a representative of Seadrift <br />signing the right-of-way grant to evidence its agreement to so <br />lower its pipelines at these points. <br /> <br />As we discussed, this matter will be on the City Council agenda of <br />Monday, March 15th, at 6:00 p.m., for consideration.
