The 20,00 acre tract being described as Parcel 2 in exhibit A <br />according to the instrument recorded in Hams County Clerk's 'File No. L798942, Film Code 124- <br />.15-1499. The 20 feet wide easement containing 0.4615 acres ofland is more particularly described <br />by metes and bounds as follows; <br /> <br />Beginning at the Northeast comer of Parcel 2 and the Northeast comer of this easement; from <br />1 <br />which a 5/8 inch iron rod was found to bear West - 0.08 feet; said point being the Southeast <br />, comer of a call 19.169 acre tract called Parcell as described in the instrument recorded under <br />H.C.C.F. No. L79894i. <br /> <br />Thence, S 00 degrees 00 minutes 51 seconds W ( call South ); coincident with the East boundary , <br />line of Parcel 2 and the West boundary line of that certain call 3.399 acre tract ofland as described <br />in the instrument recorded under H.C.C.F. No. K784741; a distlnce of),013,Ol feet to a 5/8 inch <br />iron rod found for the Southeast comer of Parcel 2 and the Southeast comer of this easement. <br /> <br />Thence, West; coincident with the South boundary line of Parcel 2 and the North boundary line of <br />a caJ141.992 acre tract ofland described as Parcel 3 according to the instrument recorded under <br />H.C.C.F.
