The 20 feet wide easement containing 0.4615 acres ofland is more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows; Beginning at the Northeast comer of Parcel 2 and the Northeast comer of this easement; from 1 which a 5/8 inch iron rod was found to bear West - 0.08 feet; said point being the Southeast , comer of a call 19.169 acre tract called Parcell as described in the instrument recorded under H.C.C.F. No. L79894i.
