Special Warranty Deed dated May 11,2004, from PPG Industries, Inc. to the City of La Porte, recorded under Harris County Clerk's File No. X626685; 2. Sanitary Sewer and Waterline Easement dated May 11,2004, from PPG Industries, Inc. to the City of La Porte, recorded under Harris County Clerk's File No. X626686j and 3. Drainage Easement dated May 11,2004, from PPG Industries, Inc. to the City of La Porte, recorded under Harris County Clerk's File No. X626687. By copy of this letter, I am furnishing a copy of these recorded instruments to Steve Gillett, Director of Public Works, for his files. By copy of this letter, I am furnishing copies of the Special Warranty Deed and the Drainage Easement to Kathy Powell, Tax A~sessor, with the request that she place these two items on the HCAD rolls, in the name of the City of La Porte, as. exempt from taxation. I am .requesting that Steve Gillett furnish a copy of the survey plat, showing the location of the property described in the Special Warranty Deed, and in the Drainage Easement, to Kathy Powell, for her use in preparing the HC~ exemption request.
