Bonds <br />981.8 North "H" Street <br />La Forte, TX 77571 <br />Re: Temporary Construction Easement at 9822 North "H" Street <br />near Mr. & Ms. Bonds: <br />The City of La Porte is requesting permission to utilize a forty <br />foot (40'} wide strip along the easternmost line of La Porte Ctutlot <br />488 for the construction of a drainage conduit and appurtenances. <br />The City of La Porte shall submit a Notice to Proceed letter to <br />begin construction activities on C3utlot 488 to Alan Bonds and the <br />contractor. Construction shall be completed within forty-five {•45} <br />calendar days from the start date stipulated in the Notice to <br />Proceed letter. Construction delays due to conditions (acts of <br />God) beyond the Contractor's, Alan Bonds', andJor the City of La <br />Forte's control shall be exempt from the 45 day construction <br />period. If construction exceeds the 45 day period, liquidated <br />damages of twenty-five dollars ($25.00} per day shall be paid by <br />the City of La Porte to Alan Bonds, <br />Upon completion of the projects any and all disturbed areas shall <br />be restored to original condition and sprigged with Coastal, Bermuda <br />Grass.
