<br />COMMENCING at a 5/8 inch aluminum capped iron rod on the South line of Fairmont
<br />Parkway, being the Northwest corner of Restricted Reserve "A", Block 1 Tredco, a
<br />subdivision recorded in Harris County Film Code No. 623117, Map Records of Harris
<br />County, Texas; THENCE, North 86 degrees 52 minutes 27 seconds East along the
<br />North line of said Reserve "A" and the South line of Fairmont Parkway, passing at
<br />230.82 feet a 5/8 inch "CEI 5127" plastic capped iron rod, continuing along said line, in
<br />all 461.03 to the Northeast corner of said Reserve "A" and the Northwest corner of said
<br />4.6242 acre tract; THENCE, South 02 degrees 28 minutes 09 seconds East, along the
<br />East line of said Reserve "A" and the West line of said 4.6242 acre tract, 100.01 feet to
<br />the POINT OF BEGINNING of this tract herein described, said point is at the beginning
<br />of a non-tangent curve to the left whose radius is 25.00 feet and whose radius point
