Jones Survey, Abstract No. 482 D in Harris County, Texas; being a part of that certain tract of land designated as Tract 10 and described in the deed to Exxon Pipeline Company recorded in Harris County Clerks File No. R930140, Official Public Records of Real Property of Harris County, Texas, said 0.0241 acre tract of land is described by metes and bounds as follows: COMMENCING at a 5/8 inch aluminum capped iron rod on the South line of Fairmont Parkway (250 feet wide) for the Northwest corner of Restricted Reserve "AI!
