<br />Industrial Park. L.P. filed for record in the Official Public Records of Real Property of Harris County, Texas, at
<br />ClerK's File No, U-074535, Film Code No. 529-10-2591 being more particularly described by metes and bounds as
<br />follows:

<br />BEGINNING at a found 5/8" Iron rod with cap located in the south light-ot-way line of Fainnont Partway (250'
<br />wide) at its intersection with the west end of a 20' cut back line for the west right-ot-way line of UndefWood Road
<br />(50' wide), and being the northerty northeast comer of said Reserve "A";
