<br />CONSENT OF SECURITY AGREEMENT HOLDER TO RIGHT OF WAY /EASEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, US Bank National Association (as successor to State Street Bank and Trust <br />Company), as trustee for the registered holders of Chase Manhattan Bank First Union National <br />Bank Commercial Mortgage Trust, Commercial Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series <br />1999-1 (hereinafter referred to as the "Lender") is the current holder of that certain Deed of <br />Trust, Assignment of Rents and Security Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Security <br />Agreement") from Forest Vista Mobile Home Community, LLC, a Texas limited liability <br />company (hereinafter referred to as the "Borrower") dated June 14, 1999; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Borrower, the current owner ofthe property secured by said Security Agreement, <br />has granted certain easements as more particularly described in the Pedestrian Sidewalk <br />Easement recorded immediately prior hereto and to which this Consent of Security Agreement <br />Holder to Right of Way/Easement is attached. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar in hand paid to Lender, <br />the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by Lender, Lender does hereby join <br />in the easement interest conveyed by Borrower, for the purpose of consenting to the grant of said <br />1 easements and for the further purpose of subordinating its security interest in said property to the <br />~~ same.
