Jones Survey, Abstract No. 482 in Harris County, Texas and being a portion of that certain 16.72 acre tract of land described in the Judgment to Coastal Industrial Water Authority recorded in Harris County Clerks File No. E165986, Official Public Records of Real Property of Harris County, Texas, said 0.1131 acre tract is described by metes and bounds as follows: COMMENCING at a 1 inch pipe on the South line of Spencer Highway, being the Northeast corner of that certain 12.87 acre tract of land described in the deed to Houston Lighting & Power Company recorded in Volume 2480, Page 600, Deed Records of Harris County, Texas; THENCE, South 03 degrees 06 minutes 25 seconds East, along the East line of said 12.87 acre tract and the West line of said 16.72 acre tract, 1,863.37 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this tract herein described; THENCE, North 86 degrees 53 minutes 35 seconds East, 10.00 feet; THENCE, South 03 degrees 06 minutes 25 seconds East, 312.25 feet; THENCE, North 86 degrees 53 minutes 35 seconds East, 170.40 feet to a point on the East line of said 16.72 acre tract which is the West line of that certain 33.644 acre tract of land described in the deed to City of La Porte, Texas recorded in Harris County Clerks File No. T859801, Official Public Records of Real Property of Harris County, Texas, from said point a 5/8 inch "Baseline" plastic capped iron rod for the Northwest corner of said 33.644 acre tract bears North 03 degrees 06 minutes 52 seconds West, 90.27 feet; THENCE, South 03 degrees 06 minutes 52 seconds East, along the East line of said 16.72 acre tract and the West line of said 33.644 acre tract, 10.00 feet to a point from which a 5/8 inch iron rod for the Southwest corner of said 33.644 acre tract bears South 03 degrees 06 minutes 52 seconds East, 1,500.90 feet; THENCE, South 86 degrees 53 minutes 35 seconds West, 180.40 feet to the West line of said 16.72 acre tract and the East line of said 12.87 acre tract; THENCE, North 03 degrees 06 minutes 25 seconds West, along the West line of said 16.72 acre tract and the East line of said 12.87 acre tract, 322.25 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 0.1131 acres of land.
