Grantee is specifically prohibited fiom using or permitting the use of the Premises for any commercial or <br /> illegal purpose. Provided the Grantor does not unreasonably interfere with Grantee's use of the Premises,the <br /> Grantor may use or permit the use of the Premises for any purpose consistent with Grantee's use of the <br /> Premises. <br /> 2. Grantee must notify the General Land Office, in writing, at least thirty (30) days prior to modification, <br /> rebuilding,major repair,or removal of any structure authorized in this instrument. <br /> 3.
