EXHIBIT "A" <br />Being a 1,280 square foot area of land out of the W. Madison Street <br />Right -of -Way, being more particularly described by metes and <br />bounds as follows; <br />BEGINNING at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 92, La Porte, said point being <br />located at the intersection of the south line of the W. Madison Street Right -of - <br />Way and the west line of the alley in Block 92, La Porte; <br />THENCE in a northerly direction crossing the W. Madison Street Right -of -Way, to <br />its intersection with the southeast corner of Lot 16, Block 101, La Porte, a <br />distance of eighty (80) feet to a point marking the northwest corner of the herein <br />described tract; <br />THENCE in an easterly direction along the north line of the W. Madison Street <br />Right -of -Way to a point located at the southwest corner of Lot 17, Block 101, La <br />Porte, a distance of sixteen (16) feet to a point marking the northeast corner of <br />the herein described tract; <br />THENCE in a southerly direction crossing the W.
