• <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />40 <br />Ordinance No..1175, Page 13. <br />(4) All Other Types of Liability. <br />One Hundred Thou- <br />sand Dollars ($100,000.00) for all other types of liability. <br />B. Increased'CoveYage. City Commission reserves the right <br />to require Grantee to increase the minimum amounts of liability <br />insurance coverage to reasonable amounts generally required of <br />CATV Systems. Such requirement shall be expressed by resolution <br />or ordinance. <br />C. Notice of Cancellation or Reduction. Such policy of <br />liability incurance-shall contain the provision that written <br />notice ofexpiration', cancellation or reduction in coverage of <br />the policy shall be delivered to the City Clerk and to Grantee <br />at least thirty- (30) days in advance of the effective date thereof. <br />- D. Term. Such liability insurance shall be kept in full <br />force and effect by Grantee during the existence of this fran- <br />chise and thereafter until after the removal of all poles, wires, <br />cables, underground conduits, manholes and other conductors and <br />fixtures incident to the maintenance and operation of Grantee's <br />CATV System, should such removal be required by City Commission <br />or undertaken by Grantee. <br />Section''12. INSTALLATION SCHEDULE. <br />A. Permits, Licenses and Certificates. Within thirty (30) <br />days after the acceptance of this franchise, Grantee shall proceed <br />a with due diligence to obtain all necessary permits and authoriza- <br />tions which are required in the conduct of its business including, <br />but not limited to, utility joint -use attachment agreements and <br />permits, licenses, authorizations and certificates to be granted <br />by duly constituted local, state and federal governmental entities <br />and regulatory agencies having jurisdiction over the installation <br />and operation of CATV Systems. <br />
