CENTERPOINT ENERGY RESOURCES CORP. DB/A CENTERPOINT ENERGY ENTEX AND CENTERPOINT ENERGY TEXAS GAS GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO NATURAL GAS SERVICE IN TEXAS FOR JURISDICTIONS FOR WHICH TARIFF IS APPROVED ON OR AFTER MAY 23, 2017 (E) a statement that if a health or other emergency exists, the Company may be contacted concerning the nature of the emergency and the relief available, if any, to meet such emergency. (4) Utility service may be disconnected for any of the following reasons: (A) failure to pay a delinquent account or failure to comply with the terms of a written agreement for installment payment of a delinquent account; (B) violation of the Company's rules pertaining to the use of service in a manner which interferes with the service of others or the operation of nonstandard equipment, if a reasonable attempt has been made to notify the customer and the customer is provided with a reasonable opportunity to remedy the situation; (C) failure to comply with deposit or guarantee arrangements where required by these rules and regulations; (D) without notice where a known dangerous condition exists for as long as the condition exists; (E) tampering with the Company's meter or equipment or bypassing the same; (F) for use of gas in violation of Company's rules; (G) in the event Consumer's premises are vacated; (1) in the event Company's representatives are refused access to such premises for any lawful purpose; (1) when Company's property on the Consumer's premises is tampered with, damaged or destroyed; (.i) for use of gas in violation of any law, ordinance or regulation; (K) for fraudulent misrepresentation in relation to the consumption of gas or any other fraud practiced by Consumer, with regard to the matters referred to in these rules or Consumer's contract. (5) Utility service may not be disconnected for any of the following reasons: (A) delinquency in payment for service by a previous occupant of the premises; (B) failure to pay for merchandise or charges for non -utility service by the Company;
