<br />• Specialties include executive recruitment, leadership and management development
<br />and training, facilitating aggregated buying agreements, developing various innovative
<br />public private partnerships, and providing management consulting for local
<br />governments and non profits, including team building, goal setting and strategic
<br />visioning.
<br />• Clients have included over 200 local governments, as well as NASA, TXU, Oncor Utility
<br />Solutions, Accountability International, VIOLA, Storage Tek, SportsCenter, Energy
<br />Technology Group, Options Real Estate, BSW Chambers of Commerce, HVJ Engineers,

<br />• Our municipal training alliance Is now the largest in the nation with almost 200 member
<br />cities in Texas, Oklahoma, and Virginia. We currently train over 1,000 municipal
<br />employees on a variety of leadership and management issues each month. In addition,
<br />we currently provide online training in 11 states.
