Mr. Wingate said he expected the exact pond location on the site to be finalized shortly <br />and the entire project to be completed in early 2023. <br />d. Presentation, discussion, and possible action regarding the Harris County Flood <br />Control District's (HCFCD) and Harris County Precinct 2's current and future plans <br />related to flooding in the City of La Porte.
