Committee members Leonard and Moser to get a legal ruling on whether this is a reimbursable <br />expense in that there is a travel ordinance which might govern. <br />8. Set date for next meeting — M. Dolby <br />The Committee set October 22, 2012, at 5:00 p.m., as the date and time for the next meeting. <br />9. Administrative Reports — C. Alexander <br />City Manager Corby Alexander distributed information and discussed the history of sales tax <br />revenues. <br />10. Committee Comments — Matters appearing on agenda; Recognition of community members, city <br />employees, and upcoming events; Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing <br />policy. <br />Chairman Engelken welcomed City Manager Corby Alexander to his first Fiscal Affairs meeting. <br />11. Adjourn <br />There being no further business, Chairman Chuck Engelken moved to adjourn the meeting.
