Absent: Committee Member Daryl Leonard. <br />Also present: City Secretary Patrice Fogarty, City Manager Corby Alexander and Finance Director <br />Michael Dolby. <br /> <br />2.Consider approval or other action regarding minutes of the November 14, 2016, meeting of the <br />Fiscal Affairs Committee P. Fogarty <br />Committee Member Martin moved to approve the minutes of the November 14, 2016, meeting. <br />Alternate Member Kaminski seconded. MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY 3/0. <br /> <br />3.Receive presentation of the 2016 Comprehensive Annual Financial (CAFR) Report M. Dolby <br /> <br />Paula Lowe, CPA with Pattillo, Brown & Hill, LLP, presented the 2016 Comprehensive Annual Financial <br />(CAFR) Report and rendered an unmodified opinion. <br /> <br />4.Set date for next meeting M. Dolby <br /> <br />The Committee set April 10, 2017, at 5:00 p.m., as the date and time for the next meeting. <br /> <br />5.Administrative Reports C.
