SCOPE OF WORK: <br />Contractor Resan®nnsiblle For: <br />Remove and dispose of up to 125,000 square feet of concrete and asphalt from the <br />above referenced project. <br />Clarifications: 1) <br />NCM assumes there is no asbestos containing materials. Any <br />asbestos containing material encountered may be addressed <br />before work begins. <br />2) <br />NCM will use the trucking company and disposal site of our <br />choice for demolition and construction debris. City waste <br />hauling franchise fees and/or taxes are not included in this <br />pricing. <br />3) <br />Voids in the ground are created by the demolition process will be <br />backfilled with on-site materials. The site will be left in a <br />uniform condition, which is near the original contours with <br />existing materials. Cost of any imports, exports, rough grading or <br />compaction is not included. <br />4) <br />All pavement sections for this project were assumed to be no <br />more than 4" thick and the building slabs were assumed to be no <br />more than 8" thick for the purpose of calculating the volume of <br />debris. <br />5) <br />Dump fees are based on current rates as of the date of this <br />proposal. <br />II. PROCEDURES: Contractor is a certified demolition contractor in Texas as NCM <br />Demolition and Remediation, LP License 9800879. All local, state and federal EPA and <br />
