NOTICE OF JOINT MEETING OF LA PORTE REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY and LA <br />PORTS TAX INCREMENT REINVESTMENT ZONE <br />Notice is hereby given of the joint meeting of the La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment <br />Reinvestment Zone to be held Wednesday, January 31, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Manager's Conference Room <br />of City Hall, 604 West Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, for considering the following agenda items: <br />AGENDA <br />1. Call to Order; <br />2. Approve minutes of the joint La Porte Redevelopment Authority and La Porte Tax Increment Reinvestment <br />Zone meeting held on August 23, 2017. - <br />3. Receive and approve FY2017 Audit from McCall Gibson Swedlund Barfoot PLLC. <br />4. Consider proposal from McCall Gibson Swedlund Barfoot PLLC W prepare Agreed Upon Procedures Report <br />for Liberty Property Limited Partnership in accordance with the terms of the Developer Agreement. <br />S. Receive and consider Agreed Upon Procedures Report for Liberty Property Limited Partnership; and authorize <br />appropriate action. <br />6. Receive and consider Development Agreement with Vista Oaks GB, LLC. <br />7. Consider tax year 2016 developer disbursements. <br />S. Consider approval or other action regarding authority invoices, including contractual obligations to reimburse <br />La Porte ISD. <br />9. Receive updates from to city, developers and staff about development within to Zone. <br />10. Board member comment. <br />a. Matters appearing on agenda <br />b. Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy <br />11.
