P. <br />Jackson and Terry Bunch <br />Members Absent None <br />City Staff Present Traci Leach, Assistant City Manager, Tim Tietjens, Director of Planning, <br />Debbie S. Wilmore, Chief Building Official, Mark Huber, Deputy <br />Building Official and Sherry Jennings, Inspection Services Coordinator <br />Others Present John Kling, Phillip Hoot <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />Meeting called to order at 6:05 P.M. by Chairman Tom Campbell. <br />2. ADMINISTER OATHS OF OFFICE TO RE- APPOINTED BOARD MEMBER <br />TERRY BUNCH (POSITION 2) <br />Terry Bunch was administered his oaths of office by Sherry Jennings. <br />CONSIDER APPROVING MINUTES FROM THE NOVEMBER 09, 2010 MEETING <br />Motion to approve the November 09, 2010 minutes, as written was made by Ken Schlather. <br />Second by Ron Holt. Motion passed unanimously. <br />4. RECEIVE REPORT FROM JOHN KLING REGARDING CITY INSPECTION OF <br />RESIDENCE AT 11025 PINEWOOD CT. IN YEAR 2000, AND CONSIDER IF <br />GROUNDS EXIST FOR PLACING ITEM ON FUTURE AGENDA TO CONSIDER <br />APPEAL OF CODE OFFICER'S DECISION OR RECOMMENDATION TO CITY <br />COUNCIL OF AMENDMENTS TO BUILDING CODES <br />Mr. Kling reported his concerns along with photos. Felt that the Inspection Division needs a <br />shakeup plus it is not easy to access city staff or the city website. <br />Ms. Wilmore responded to the issues raised in Mr. Kling's February 24, 2011 letter and <br />answered questions by the Board. <br />Motion by Mr. Schlather that no evidence was provided to support wrongdoing by staff and <br />there are no grounds for further action. Second by Mr. Bunch. Motion passed unanimously. <br />
