ASD pressures relative to <br />1, FD pressures results from the load factor differences between ASCE 7-10 and ASCE 7-05 (i.e, <br />ratio of 0.6 Vel-SLIS 0.625 where 0.6 = 0.6/1.0 and 0.625 = 1/1.6).
