<br />District 3 Population -5,531(Prior to Redistricting - 5,314) <br />Represented by Councilperson Howard Ebow .................. 5405 Beaver Creek Dr., La Porte, Texas <br />District 3 is predominately a middle income residential area with strong homeowner associations actively <br />involved with the community. <br />There are two La Porte Schools, neighborhood parks, dance studio, small strip centers, a bank and several <br />fast food services. <br />The subdivisions have sidewalks ,curb and guttered paved streets and are well lighted and landscaped. <br />The area of District 3 was annexed by the City of La Pore on November 10, 1969. <br />Ethnic Breakdown: <br />White Hispanic Black Asian American Indian Pacific Islander Other Housing Units <br />4,Z3 7 916 223 51 29 1 74 1,903 <br />
