This chapter and subsequent chapters are <br />intended to emphasize how the City can proactively respond to the influences <br />and conditions through policy and recommended programs, ordinances, and <br />investment to ensure the community in 20 years embodies the future the <br />citizens envision — a quality, sustainable, and highly livable community.
