It <br />enables the City to manage future growth and development activel <br />-¦©;w;zÝ; ¦ Ò· ,; <br />opposed to reacting to (re)development or infrastructure improvement <br />E;ãz,; z ©;¦7zm · <br />proposals on a case-by-case basis without adequate and necessary <br />-wmzm -7z·z 7 ;;7r <br />consideration of community-wide issues.
