Driveway approaches shall be a minimum two feet from the side <br />property line in residential districts, and ten feet from the side property line in business or <br />industrial districts, or R-3 residential districts. <br />(fi Surfacing. All areas intended to be utilized for parking space and driveways shall be surfaced <br />with materials suitable to control dust and drainage. Except in the case of single-family and <br />two-family dwellings, driveways and stalls shall be surfaced in conformance with the public <br />improvements criteria manual.
