Accessory Structures <br />ZOA <br />Page 3 of 5 <br />Recommended Requirements: <br />Based on the above research and prevailing conditions in the Large Lot district, staff <br />suggests the following changes to the City's Code of Ordinances: <br />• Section 106-1.
