Paving Surfaces. <br />A.Purpose.Thepurposeoftheregulationssetforthinthissectionistoencourage <br />highqualityresidentialandnonresidentialdevelopmentsbyavoidingpoorquality <br />surfacesandbycreatingaharmoniousblendofqualitydevelopments.Thisis <br />accomplishedbycreatingmeasurementsorstandardstoensurequality <br />establishments,constructionandreconstructionoflandassetforthherein.This <br />6 <br /> <br />
