Reserved. <br />The following vvnrds, terms and phranee, when used in this chapter mhoU have the meanings <br />ascribed to them in this section, except where the context indicates a different meaning: <br />Abutting means having property ordistrict lines incommon, ortwo objects inimmediate contact. <br />Anc000 means of approaching or entering a propertY, includes a right ofpassage bo and from an <br />adjacent street. <br />Accessory structure nnoons a detached, subordinate otructuna, the use of which is clearly incidental <br />and related to that of the principal structure or use of the iand, and vvhloh is located in the same lots as <br />that ofthe principal structure or use, <br />Accessory mbocb/oe' use or building without required principal ubruub/no. Structure/use shall be for the <br />property owner's personal use only (commercial use is not allowed). <br />Accessory use mrbuilding. An "accessory use or building" is one customarily u part thereof, which is <br />clearly incidental and secondary to permitted use and which does not change the character thereof, <br />including but not limited to garages, carports, bathhouses, greenhouses, too] sheds, or swimming pools, <br />Alley means a public way which, when at least 20 16 feet in width, may be used for vehicular service <br />access to the back or side of properties otherwise abutting on a street or highway, <br />Apartment.
