Staff will work with the applicant <br />to determine the value of the land dedicated for the park, as this value will be reduced <br />from the cash payment in lieu of land dedication for each lot due at the time of building <br />permit. <br />In addition to the cash payment in lieu of land dedication, the applicant is responsible for <br />payment of a park development fee at the time of building permit. Section 12.02 of the <br />Land Development Ordinance requires payment of a $318 fee per dwelling unit.
