<br />EXHIBIT B <br />LandPurchaseΑFinalDecision <br />FromtheendofFebruaryΑJuly2014,Kobelcobeganitsnegotiationwiththelandowner,theutilitycompanythathad <br />someeasementrightsonthelandandproceededtohaveourArchitecturalfirm,Viewtechdesignedthebuildingand <br />performitsduediligencetoensurethatthisbuildingmetallcitycodesandordinancesincludingasecondarycheckof <br />thezoningrequirementsagainsttheproposeduse.ViewtechcoordinatedwiththeCityBuildingdepartment,Planning <br />andDevelopmentofficesanddeemedthattheproposedusewouldbeallowableunderSICCode7699. <br />Wereliedonthisinvestigationanddetermination. <br />PurchaseoftheSite <br />AftermuchconsiderationbyKobelco,weenteredescrowtopurchasethelandonJuly8,2014.Escrowwasclosedand <br />recordedattheHarrisCounty/ƌĻƩƉ͸ƭOfficeonJuly15,2014. <br />BuildingDesignandIntendedUse <br />ThisisanğƩƷźƭƷ͸ƭrenderingofwhatweexpectthebuildingtolooklikewhenitiscompleted.Itwillhaveamasonryfinish <br />andwillhaveabeautifulappearanceandbesurroundedbyanБ͸masonryscreenwall. <br />Thisistheplannedsitelayout.(SeeAttached)LƷ͸ƭa6,400ft²serviceareathatincludes3workstationwithan8foot <br />tableeach,toolstationsandpits,alockerroom/changing,shower,storageroomforspareparts.Mostofour <br />compressorsweighlessthan9,000lbs,butthebuildingwasdesignedtobeabletoserviceanyofourcompressorsoutin <br />serviceinthefieldtoday.Wehadtobuildthehighceilingtoaccommodatethefewandrare,butpossiblestacked <br />compressorsthathavelongrotorsandshaftstoclearthecasingtoremovetherotorsafely.Maximumhooktofloor <br />requirementswouldbe28feet,butbecausethecranerequirestheoverheadbridgeforsupportsandthedrivemotors, <br />the{ŷƚƦ͸ƭceilingwillbeЌБ͸highatitstallestpoint.TheSitePlanshowsthatthebuildingwillbebuiltwiththerequired <br />ЊЌЎ͸setbackfromtheSouthpropertylineandthus,notaffectingtheviewfromitssoutherlyneighbors.Thebuilding <br />willbeairconditionedthroughoutsothebaydoorswillremainclosedduringbusinesshours. <br /> <br />
