Weems, owner for approval <br />of the proposed General Plan for the 5.051 acre tract of land legally described as Blocks 1143 <br />and 1144, La Porte Subdivision, located on S. 16th St. north of the W. M St. ROW. <br /> <br />Vice Chairman Warren introduced the request. <br /> <br />a.Staff Presentation <br /> <br />City Planner Clowes asked the commission to table the item as it is related to the previous <br />SCUP request <br /> <br />7.Consider a request to approve the General Plan for SCUP #17-91000004. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Martin to table the item. <br /> <br />Second by Commissioner LaCour.
