Planning and Development Department <br />Staff Report <br />110191► 1► laki17eIt 11 [a] ki <br />Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission approve the Major <br />Development Plat Bay Area 28. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Applicant's Request: <br />The applicant, Tyler Broom of Cobb Fendley, is requesting approval of a major <br />development plat consisting of 28.54 acres. The plat includes 3 lots that are part of the <br />approved La Porte 123 (Morgans Landing) SCUP. Reserve A is a 1.5 acre commercial <br />tract, Reserve B is an 18.02 acre tract for Multi -family, and Reserve C is 9.02 acre tract <br />for a Senior Care Facility. <br />Background Information: <br />The site is currently zoned PUD, with an approved SCUP, and is vacant.
