The applicant would like to change the zoning of <br />the property to R-1 to allow for the construction of a single family home on the site. A <br />similar zone change for the property immediately to the north was approved by the City <br />Council on June 25, 2018. <br />The attached Exhibit B shows the zoning of the subject property and surrounding <br />properties.
