We would like to have <br />Stringer Wrecker Service LLC DBA/McGinty Wrecker to be revoked from Rotation with our Storage <br />Facility A & W Jones Collision and the City of LaPorte. Stringer Wrecker Service LLC DBA/McGlnty <br />Wrecker has paid for three slots as of 2012 and have 3 open slots that we would like canceled. We <br />would like for Stringer Wrecker Service LLC DBA/McGinty to be revoked from all rotation slots to our <br />Storage as they are ruining the reputation of A & W Jones Collision. We have gone to the Dispatcher and <br />found they have missed a number of rotations when they get to rotation and bring the cars to the <br />storage lot Stringer Wrecker Service LLC DBA/McGinty are suppose to secure the vehicle and they <br />haven't been securing the vehicle's and have not kept up with their end of the Contract. This has been <br />an embarrassment to A & W Jones Collision and Storage. We feel this would be in the interest for us and <br />the City of LaPorte as well. This is our Home and our Business and we are trying to correct the problems <br />we are having. I have set down with Tim who is part owner of the Wrecker service but his Wife (who is <br />part owner) will not meet with us. Tim with Stringer Wrecker Service LLC DBA/McGinty Wrecker said he <br />had more Important towing jobs than LaPorte, he has Insurance Companies that come first, would we <br />like to cancel the Contract. I told him to get with Marla and see if she wants to do this also. Mr. <br />Tietjens we are respectfully asking you and the Committee to please look into this for Anita and myself <br />as we are very concerned about what is happening and would like to revoke Stringer Wrecker Service <br />LLC DBA/ McGlnty wrecker from their 3 spots that have been paid for and the 3 open slots. <br />This would be our action #1, we also have a plan for action #2 as proposed below. <br />We would respectfully like to add an submittal action #2 of; <br />We are trying very hard to build our business in LaPorte, because we live here in LaPorte our children <br />and grandchildren also live here. <br />We would like to add Taylor Towing and their 4 trucks to our rotation we would be willing to go into a <br />one year contract with a three year option after the first year to better serve our community and our <br />business. <br />Thank You <br />A & W Jones Collision Storage <br />Anita Frisbie-Jones <br />
