This appeal is being sought under the terms of <br />Section 106-89 (3) of the City's Code of Ordinances. <br />Masood Malik, City Planner, presented the Board with a copy of an email from J.B. Williamson. <br />The email stated that Mr. Gilbert Diaz had retained Mr. J.B. Williamson as his attorney and <br />requesting to withdraw his appeal at this time and request for a hearing at later date. <br />5. Administrative Reports <br />Masood Malik, City Planner addressed the Board with the following updates: <br />The Planning & Zoning Commission will meet again on the Comprehensive Plan Update April 25, <br />2012. <br />A third meeting of the Northside Neighborhood Plan Update is scheduled for March 29, 2012. <br />Lakes at Fairmont Greens Subdivision - development is still on hold due to on -going negotiation <br />between the builder and the developer. <br />6. Board Comments <br />There were none. <br />7. Adjourn <br />Motion by Charles Schoppe to adjourn the meeting. Second by Chester Pool.
