Call to Order. <br /> <br />2. Approve Minutes from October 6, 2011. <br /> <br />3. Update on Animal Shelter Donation Account. <br /> <br />4. Presentation of Administrative/Statistical Reports by Animal Control Officer <br />Supervisor. <br /> <br />5. Discuss status of new Animal Shelter. <br /> <br />6. Committee Comments <br />a. Matters appearing on the agenda <br />b. Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy <br /> <br />7. Set future meeting dates and time. <br /> <br />8. Adjournment. <br /> <br />There may be a quorum of City Councilmembers present at this meeting and may participate in discussion <br />at this meeting; however, they will not vote on matters.
