Mr. Malik informed the Board the <br />applicant is requesting to build a front yard fence.This varianceis being sought under the <br />terms of Section 106-192(b) (2)(b) of the City’s Code of Ordinances. <br />Eleven (11) public hearing notices were mailed to property owners within 200’ of the subject <br />property. The City received one response in favor of the request. <br />B.PROPONENTS <br />Applicant, Yvonne Stanley, spoke in favor of Variance Request 12-93000003. <br />C.OPPONENTS <br />There were none. <br />D.PROPONENTS REBUTTAL <br />There were none. <br />Motion by Rod Rothermel to approve Variance Request #12-93000003, for the property located at <br />3208 Bernard Street. The applicant seeks to allow a <br />fence erected in the front yard setback, contrary of the provisions of Section 106-791 of the <br />Code of Ordinances.
