Failure of a project to generate sufficient tax increment increase to repay Owner Advances is not <br />a default on the part of the Authority or the Zone. <br />ARTICLE 5 <br />GENERAL <br />5.1 Personal Liability of Public Officials. To the extent permitted by State law, no <br />director, officer, employee or agent of the Zone or the Authority, and no officer, employee or <br />agent of the City, shall be personally responsible for any liability arising under or growing out of <br />the Agreement. <br />5.2 Notices.
