Alternate Member 1, John Zemanek, was absent. 2.Consider approval of Minutes of the January 23,2012,meeting of the Fiscal Affairs Committee –P. Fogarty Daryl Leonardmoved to approve the minutes of the January 23, 2012,meeting of the Fiscal Affairs .MOTION PASSED. CommitteeTommyMoser seconded. Ayes:Chairman Engelken,Committee MembersMoserand Leonard Nays:None 3.Receive and review 2011 ComprehensiveAnnual Financial Report –M. Dolby Null Lairson auditor Tom Pedersen presented a power point presentation of the 2011 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report.He confirmed the City is in excellent financial shape. 4.Set date for next meeting –M. Dolby The Committee set April 23, 2012,at 5:00p.m., as the date and time for the next meeting. 5.Administrative Reports –S. Gillett There was no administrative report. 6.Committee Comments –Matters appearing on agenda;Recognition of community members, city employees, and upcoming events;Inquiry of staff regarding specific factual information or existing policy.
