The average return on the portfolio for the second quarter wasat 0.24%, which is above the <br />average yield of our benchmarkat 0.11% (see graph below).Our benchmark is the 6- month T-Billrate. <br />Rates stillremain at record lows due to stagnant economic conditions, and are not projected to increase for <br />quite a while.
