HCFCD Staff has informed City Staff that this form is required by <br />FEMA for the utilization of grant funds. The information requested on the form assists with <br />appraisal and relocation efforts during the buyout process. Potential buyout area is just north <br />and south of the drainage interconnect between B112-00-00 and B109-03-00 within the <br />Brookglen Subdivision.
