Currently, for all projects within the City of La Porte that discharge into Harris County and/or HCFCD <br />infrastructure, approval from the jurisdiction having entity is required.The requirements suggested by Harris <br />County would impact projects that do not discharge into Harris County and/or HCFCD infrastructure.
