Upon coordinating with multiple <br />stakeholders, staff was able to obtain a copy of the attached UnitedStates Army Corps <br />of Engineers (USACE) Approved Jurisdictional Determination (AJD) letter, associated <br />with the Dutko property.Staff has coordinated with environmental services consultant, <br />Berg-Oliver Associates, Inc. toexplain the <br />responding to related questions. <br />ACTION REQUIRED BY DRAINAGE AND FLOODING COMMITTEE <br />Receive report, and provide staff with direction, as necessary. <br />Approved for Drainage CommitteeAgenda <br />Corby D.
