Councilmember Engelken questioned how the City taxes "goods in transit." Tax Manager Kathy <br />Powell advised modifications were being made to include inventory in the warehouses. <br />Councilmember Leonard questioned if the City can tax "goods in transit" over 180 days. Tax <br />Manager Kathy Powell advised yes. <br />There was no public input. Councilmember <br />Zemanek seconded.
