Lobit, addressed Council requesting a night drop off for utility bills be <br />available, signs placed at street corners in the community, and the volume of mosquitoesrequires <br />more frequent spraying. <br />5. CONSENT AGENDA <br />(All consent agenda items are considered routine by City Council and will be enacted <br />by one motion.
