<br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT (PUD) ZONING DISTRICT, ON A 20-ACRE TRACT OF LAND
<br />AND BEING LEGALLY DESCRIBED AS TRACT 1 L, ABSTRACT 35, J HUNTER SURVEY,
