Fairmont Parkway, La Porte, Texas, <br />for the purpose of considering the following agenda items. All agenda items are subject to action. <br />1. CALL TO ORDER <br />2. [Grady Parker, IT Manager] <br />(c) Approve an interlocal agreement between Harris County and the City of La Porte regarding the <br />extension of a freeway non -consent towing program to the City of La Porte, for the towing of <br />disabled vehicles from roadways. [Chief of Police Ron Parker] <br />(d) Authorize the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Lockwood <br />Andrews & Newnam, Inc. to provide preliminary engineering services for the Northside <br />Neighborhood Drainage Improvement Project, in the amount of $59,530.00.
