This <br />year the City was awarded $28,051.95 for home delivered meals and $54,881.01 for <br />congregate meals, which equates to a total of $82,932.96 for the operation and <br />administration of the Senior Nutrition Program for the fiscal year 2021-2022. These <br />expenses include the purchasing of meals, personnel, transportation costs, and <br />administration of the program. <br />In order to pay invoicesfor the purchase of meals through Valley Innovative Services <br />and reimbursement of other operational and administrative expenses for the Senior <br />Nutrition Program through fiscal year 2022, the Parks and Recreation department is <br />recommending the approval ofexpenses of up to $82,932.96. <br />ACTION REQUIRED BY CITY COUNCIL <br />Approval of $82,932.96to cover expenses associated with the operation and <br />administration of the Senior Nutrition Program at the Norman Malone Senior <br />Center for Fiscal year 2021 2022. <br />Approved for the City Council meeting agenda <br />Corby D.
